Mine was always fried to perfection. Excellent, friendly, timely service. The other person should contact them if something was not up to par, & they might offer a free dinner or a refund, even tho it happened in the past.
I've only had the catfish and it's always good.
I have never had any issues. I love the perch. Make sure to get the lemon pepper.
When I was there the chicken was old. But now I'm at home what a waste.
