I reported a girl breaking my windshield and back widow on my car. The issue was never handled or resolved. The police on sight told me someone will contact me. Never heard from anybody and when I tried to file a restraining order the judge treated me like I was the problem. This same girl continued harassing me. Every time the police were called nothing was done or resolved. From my experience they don't serve and protect!!! I wasted a lot of time trying to deal with these issues the correct way!!! So disappointed with them!!!

I had a none emergency call that someone of a couple of people were by my Van in my driveway were at the back of the van and I could hear a clicking sound, like that used from a socket wrench. They came and did a drive-by. I believe that they may have heard me say through my cell phone if you don't leave I'm calling the police. It continued like they were afraid, and used the wrench 🔧 to tighten the screws back on. I want to thank the dispatcher and the none emergency call to the police for their Quick action. I'm disabled and you all were acting on it very swiftly. I want to thank you so much!!! I appreciate you more than you know. Thank You.

Called non-emergency number to get help with a dog roaming. Lady on phone sounded annoyed and impatient. She asked where the dog was located, when I told her the subdivision I was in she said, “if you want me to send animal control I’m going to need the exact area.” Like, lady I was getting there and you could’ve been more specific asked for the address in the first place.

Joliet police are the best around. Bukala and Banas could not have given us a better experience. 100 out of 10. Thank you very much.

I’d suggest filing for a restraining order. Make sure you have logs of the calls that he keeps trying to get you to answer and any texts following said pattern.
Not sure what Vine Street is is that south of Jefferson near Larkin and McDonough if so possible I did see three squads off of Jefferson turned left on south bound Larkinwhile sitting at Burger King a little bit later ambulance and the hook and ladder fire truck headed in that Direction
You probably wouldn't need anything more than the case number bring that to the police station
Yes they do, go to ther front desk and ask for a child car seat technician and they'll have one come in. Some firemen are also trained if u are close to a fire station
No, they have established residency no matter how they did so they cannot be forced to leave by police It can be suggested but if they don't leave they have to be evicted
No
