BUYER BEWARE THIS LADY IS A SCAM ARTIST DISHONEST AND OVERWHELMED IN HER BUSINESS WATCH OUT AND DONT LET HER DO A LOAN MOD SHE WILL LET IT GO INTO FORCLOSURE THEN SELL YOU ON A SHADY LAWYER. HER AFFAIRS ARE NOT IN ORDER BUT SHE ACTS LIKE SHE IS A BUSINESS GOD. SHE LIED TO ME OVER AND OVER , DURING A TIME I WAS MENTALLY INCOMPETENT ANDINCAPABLE OF HANDLING MY OWN AFFAIRS . Watch out. I ENDED UP LOSING MY HOME BECAUSE IF HER MISTAKES . WENT TO COURT I ONLY NEEDED ONE PAPER TO PROBE I WAS IN HAMP REMODIFICATION AND SHE DID NOT HAVE THAT PAPER. BUT MY HOUSE WENT INTO FORECLOSURE BECAUSE OF HER NEGLIGENCE
