I had a great shopping experience here because of an associate by the name of Steve!! Now this guy exudes hospitality & customer service excellence! The store was clean & open & a lot of Ross stores feels kind of like your shopping at the zoo & I like animals but!!!!!!! Just to be clear I’m speaking of messiness. There’s nothing more frustrating when you’re trying to shop & the store is a disaster & associates are walking around with a stick up…well, I’m sure you get the picture! This Rosa gets back to the customer’s experience making it a great one! You know it is al about the guest experience if you think I’m lying try to survive a pandemic without us!? Kudos to this store! Even when I called back for a question Joann answered this young lady smiled through the phone & got straight to helping me! We need more kind, friendly & full of smiles associates like Joann who get down to the business of assisting the customer with a spirit of excellence & willingness! Thank you Ross you have done it again!! 2805 Plainfield Rd in Joliet if you’re ever this way or ok, with a cool drive this Ross won’t disappoint! I pray success, progress, joy & elevation to these amazing employees! Stay encouraged because working with people really does pay off!!
