Tech wore his mask below his nose so told him since he wasn't protecting anyone that way he might as well take it off (as luckily I'm personally vaxxed and boosted.) He was not pleasant or friendly, actually almost curt. He had been called out to add freon then spent all of 15 minutes here, leaving greasy marks all over the thermostat and everything he touched, told me he couldn't add anything as it was the discontinued R22 (which the apptmnt desk knew about when I made the appmt, as I had provided the age of the system, etc.), and still charged me the full $96 (no senior discount available, he said). At least the guy from Four Seasons 3 weeks ago didn't charge me although he was here at least as long. When I called to complain the girl at the c/s line tried to fib and say Ihad been told they couldn't do as anything. That's nonsense - I was told no such thing, other than that the tech would make that decision once here. I wouldn't have risked $96 for something that was a fool's errand. I'm on SS and can't afford to throw away money for nothing. Needless to say that if I am ever able to afford to replace (what I was told my only option) I will not go with Lockwood. I thought they'd be good to work with due to so many good reviews but my experience proved differently.

Our A/C unit was making a loud noise and with it being 90° outside, we weren’t taking any chances with it. We called Lockwood and Matt was here the next day. He cleaned our unit and checked all the connections. He was very professional and gave us some good tips to keep it running well. I would highly recommend Lockwood and Matt for HVAC services! If I ever have another problem, I will definitely call them again. Thank you!!!
