Why are spots reserved ahead of release date? I'm looking at weekends in July and there's spot already reserved, yet I'm not allowed to book. Whats the deal?

That spot might be closed for renovations. You can only book a spot 6 months in advance.

You are looking too far out. Shouldn't be able to reserve July until January.
