The entire area around the resort and Reservoir is National forest land, which means you can pretty much camp anywhere that isn't private property. Just make sure you get a fire permit online before you make a fire in a fire pit.

Absolutely it is so much fun Trails everywhere even a trail to go to the top of the mountain overlooking the dam it is so beautiful you don't have to worry about gas it's at the marina you can grab snacks for the ride at the store and then when you're done you can even grab a drink at the bar!

Yes hookups but there are no paved roads, just very narrow rugged dirt terrain so its really hard to bring large rvs and trailers. It does not deter 35 ft trailers though but you just have to be aware of how hard it is to maneuver the grounds.
