Best RV park on the island.....big spaces...never feels crowded...close to a full service marina that is very customer oriented....quick boat ride to Cape....

Not sure about available spaces but saw some for sale signs in Dec. Space that for sale is on should be available for rent also. Nice park. We have been there for years.
