I have a 2015 Ford F150- I was told I need to buy new lug nuts. My caps have are not able to come off for rotating my wheels.

Sometimes when the lug nuts are tightened with an impact wrench, they are over tightened and won't come off by hand. If you talk to the service advisor and explain the situation, they can help you from there.
