You just have to go up there. But be prepared to wait at least 30 mins or more. The parking lot is always full.
The phone system is designed to disconnect you after 30 minutes, I have had several rounds of this before.
The phone lines are overloaded. You can just go by and someone will take your order from your vehicle.
It is easier to go to store. Was told yesterday that the website has the most up to date of what is available. I believe the staff is just overwhelmed by shear volume of calls. Had same problem myself.
