I was reached out to by a member of management almost immediately after posting this review, and they had answers to help me resolve it. She was also able to get me an additional credit on Spendr for a future purchase. The miscommunication was between Spendr app and the store, not the employees. I am really happy with how they resolved this. Thanks, Yaminah, for your quick help. My hope is that my other complaints about issues with wait times will be fixed with eventual reconstruction of your parking lot and better usage of your store layout. I'll still be back to see yall at Verdant. Leaving my original as well: I *love* most of the employees here and they are really knowledgeable and nice. However, the wait times are long, they seem disorganized at best, and they are constantly closing early or having issues with curbside pickup. Most recently I was told by the budtender that I couldn't use the Spendr account to pay for my medical marijuana. That is the *entire* reason for the app, is to use in dispensaries. I have no idea why I was refused this service but it really has me not wanting to return. Prices are good, but not sure it's worth all the frustration.

I drove all the way from Grove City to try one of the only dispensaries in town that I haven't been to yet. They close at 8 and they stop accepting New Patients at 7 apparently. I showed up at 7:06 and was turned away. While I do understand I was technically past 7, the whole point of the rule is to prevent people from showing up last minute and holding up the staff at close. Well, the dispensary was totally dead, there were barely any cars in the lot and 1 customer inside when I walked in. It has taken not even 5 minutes to get registered at every other dispensary, so I know it was just sheer laziness on the part of the staff. They lost the only $150 they were going to make that night when I walked out the door and they are not going to see my face in that door ever again.

So went in after I purchase online so by the time I make there it would be ready when I say there wasnt that many people there it really wasn't so I go on let the lady name T know that I had an online order already " we all know that doesn't mean you would go first but you already have your things picked out l" as she proceeded to check me in she stated " it been awhile" me yeah I know so after that she said we will get to you as soon as we can mind you there was only 3 to 4 ppl in front of me not to mention the ones that was already there I sat there patiently waiting for at least 15 people go before even the ones who were coming from outta town and then a few more people that had online order as well so you tell me how all 15 to 20 people fo before me but they also said that she was not new so you tell me what was the reason for me being skipped did I tell you I was melanin skin female while everyone else was white I'm not saying that was the reason but this sure feels like it smh got to do better especially when they are not far from my house
