On certain days it can be very busy and they may not be able to get to you but also check their hours as well they may be closed. Also to make it a lot easier this place is just a dispensary so if you do not have your card there is no reason to call them and if you do have your card your medical marijuana card just go on down.
Well I called and waited in a dial tone for about 20 mins. Then my fiance went and said there were like 2 people there.

I think the phone systems alternate between different branches. Whoever has the most traffic probably gets their phones rerouted. I would also think they have an incredibly high call volume.
