The place is honestly amazing as a first time I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is just getting their medical card the stuff is extremely helpful and kind the inside is beautiful the only downside is the parking but other than that will definitely come here anytime I need something

New guy ringing me up tried to steal my change. I handed him a twenty dollar bill for a $17 total and he played it off as being forgetful not handing back my cash. I check my receipt and it says I gave him $17 exactly, not the single $20 bill I handed him. Had great experiences here until this one. Watch out.

My mother is a patient and has stage 4 breast cancer. She can't always go in to ask questions so she calls a week ago and was on hold from the time we were on the phone until arriving at the botanist. 1 hour and 20 minutes. Shame on you guys! Seriously. How unprofessional, it takes two seconds to answer a phone.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Definitely not an in and out. They have no sense of urgency. It's like they are smoking the product themselves, very absent minded. They ignore calls and don't answer phones.. Was on hold for over AN HOUR just waiting to ask a question. I will be reporting to the bureau

As someone who has tried to call them multiple times, I've waited about 10 minutes each time and gave up. I will just visit in person, they could just be really busy.
Cash payment and they do have a ATM available. I was very impressed with the personnel they are very knowledgeable and spend time with you explaining everything. Highly recommend
Right beside the building in the gravel parking lot in front of fence. I parked there thinking I was parked illegally. When I went in and asked they said I was exactly where I was supposed to be.

All of the dispensaries in Ohio require a medical marijuana card to go in and purchase but you can be a caregiver of someone with a medical marijuana card and be allowed to purchase it and pick it up on their behalf.
The queue to enter the patient check-in room starts in front of the main entrance. 3 person limit in the patient check-in room. The product floor, and the employees working. All follow social distancing guidelines, and safety procedures.
