We had an appointment to drop off our Kia Sedona on September 23rd to have the door locks fixed and recalls taken care of. Why did it sit for an entire week without being fixed, touched or diagnosed?? Terrible Customer Service!!!!

Because they have more work orders than technicians. Most dealerships now days have more work orders than technicians to do the work. Overworked and understaffed.

Also, whenever leaving your car for service of ANY kind, ALWAYS ask "do the have the equipment to do the task and DOES IT WORK PROPERLY?" Seems like an unnecessary question but 10 Kias in 19 years tells me to tell you to ASK just to be sure before you leave your car!!! Good luck.
