The sales guy spoke very rudely with my wife when she came in for a test drive appointment that was confirmed. Not only that but they were so disorganized that they didn't even have the car they had confirmed for our test drive on site. Really not a great experience with this dealership.

I purchased a 2022 Kia Sorento last week and I received the best help and service at this location. Joshua Tilley greeted me immediately and allowed me to test drive the vehicle. He did a great job answering any questions I had and I came back the next day to purchase the vehicle. Joshua and the staff at All Star Kia of Baton Rouge made this process very easy and enjoyable. They were responsive and honest in making sure I received the best deal. I would absolutely buy from them again!

Overall, I would give this place five stars. I purchased my 2014 Kia Optima SX brand new at the end of 2013 and was happy with the value for the price paid, including the extended warranty I received. I had this vehicle for just over 170,000 miles, which isn’t terrible considering I could have gotten more life out of it if I had traded out the turbocharger to the vehicle around the end of 2021. The service department was regularly attentive and very good all around. I had my vehicle serviced at this location around five to ten times, so I know about the quality and the professionalism of their staff. Patrick has regularly been a great asset to this company, particularly at this location. He has always been very friendly and professional with his clients. Unfortunately, the turbocharger to my vehicle was on back order and to my understanding could have taken up to weeks or months to arrive. Since I was working within the transportation industry, I needed a vehicle rather immediately. I did frequently enjoy driving my 2014 Kia Optima while I owned it. There were only a few significant mechanical problems to the vehicle while I owned it. 1) At one point, at around 100,000 miles, the air conditioner blower malfunctioned and needed replacement. 2) At around 145,000 miles, one of the main coolant tubes, the upper one, bursted open while on the interstate. At that point, I was told that my vehicle also had another problem, one that it had been on recall for. 3) At just beyond 170,000 miles the turbocharger malfunctioned and it was recommended that I didn’t drive it much while that part of the vehicle wasn’t functioning properly. Other than the issues that were taken care of, the vehicle had other more routine work, such as regular synthetic oil changes, coolant and transmission flushes, and tire and break changes, including its other required maintenance at this and other mechanic shops. Transportation, the purchase of a vehicle and its corresponding service are an important part of a person’s livelihood here in the United States. That’s why I take these reviews seriously. When properly taken care of, I believe a good vehicle should last beyond the 200,000 mile mark. Yet, I’m not dissatisfied with the value I got out of the 2014 Kia Optima I once owned.

We had an appointment to drop off our Kia Sedona on September 23rd to have the door locks fixed and recalls taken care of. Why did it sit for an entire week without being fixed, touched or diagnosed?? Terrible Customer Service!!!!

Because they have more work orders than technicians. Most dealerships now days have more work orders than technicians to do the work. Overworked and understaffed.
