if I am honest I will admit that i am not a fan of "used car salesmen" so I dreaded going truck shopping. when we pulled up to team Toyota, before I could get out of the car a salesman was headed toward us. I thought to myself, here we go, high pressure, demanding salesman. I could not have been further from the truth, charlie Heine was nice, soft spoken, informative but never pushy. buying a truck from him was a pleasure. if you want to be treated like a human and not just another commission ask for charlie, you will not regret it

I started off by contacting Team Toyota via the internet because they had the particular interior color scheme I wanted. The Internet Manager (Manny Armas-Herricks) promptly contacted me back via email; and after a few exchanges he set me up with an appointment for that evening. I also agreed to bring our trade in for evaluation (they won't do over the phone trade-in offers) and that's understandable. Shortly before my appointment I was contacted via phone call by a Salesman named Steven (Steve) Lobue. He notified me that he would be assisting me and already had the new car pulled up, ready for me to check out. Upon arriving at the dealership, Mr. Lobue was sitting out front awaiting my arrival, and greeted me immediately. From that point forward he was my point of contact and made the entire process very easy! He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable on their vehicles, and more than happy to answer any questions you might have. He was great with my young son and his many questions as well. In the end we did decide to trade in the current vehicle and make a purchase here. We couldn't be happier, Thanks Steve!

Beware of the sales tactics in which you become scammed there isn't any way you can tell anyone any different that if the owner had the Vehicles Windows e t c h e d that in no way can roll over to the next buyer in any circumstance that is a scam y'all pull scams and you got caught
Yes!! I was lied to yesterday!! I called about a specific used truck at 10:00 in the morning and was asked to come in at 2:00 that afternoon because that’s when they had an ope appointment. My plan was to go earlier but I said that was fine. I live 1-1/2 hours away. I told the salesman I was very interested in the truck and asked him to please not sell it before I get there. He said that nobody else was scheduled to look at it and we would be fine. He asked that I text him to let him know if I would be earlier or later than 2:00 so he could have the truck ready. I text him at 12:45 to let him know I was in my way and I would be there between 2:15-2:30. He said great and told me who to ask for when I got there. After waiting 20 minutes for the useless used car manager to come help me, after I had to rudely ask for him twice, he proceeds to tell me they sold the truck. He was more worried about getting the LSU game in tv than he was about the fact that a customer was there waiting for hi

Appointments are not necessary for oil changes and other express services like tire rotations, filters, and etc.
License plates are mailed to the registration address unless it is a PO Box or apartment. In those cases the license plate is held at the dealership for pickup.
Contact the bank or credit union that your vehicle in financed with. This information can be located in your paperwork. If you have not received your paperwork contact our Finance Department for help.
