I've seen a complaint on FB that the Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church in Fresno is trapping and killing cats on their property. Is there an investigation? Are you aware of this complaint?

Not sure but someone is going around poisoning our dog's in the neighborhood of E Street/Monterey, F/Monterey and throughout so they can steal. I called SPCA but unless they have a supect they say they can't do anything. What the heck. Police won't do anything either. I told them that's why they said call SPCA
