The manager on duty lacked personality kinda like a snow pee..stopped shopping and left

Poor customer service. Delivery people drop off damaged furniture and leave customer with problem. Sectional is 18 months old and looks like a 10 year old piece of furniture quality is non existent.

Yes there is one Pottery Barn in the Valley that I know of. It is located in Fig Garden in Fresno. The address is 740 W Shaw Ave, Fresno, CA 93704 and they are opened from 10am-7pm.
