Micky is awesome she's the only good thing about that store my husband and I have been going through Aaron's for 10 years Anthony always treated us like gold star customers going above and beyond to help make our experience less stressful. We are so sad he's gone now cause the new manager (Taylor) makes our rental experience so stressful! We are no longer happy at aarons and we now are thinking of transferring to another store. Anthony made that store he had awards and other store begging for his help and now just non helpful people at that store. I hate to say this but after we pay our stuff off we're no longer gonna be with aarons 10 years of rental experience gone.

For this location to be understaffed, they still get it done. Mickey was very knowledgeable of the products and very helpful, I think she should be able to close out a deal she makes. Mickey. After a brief miscommunication with paperwork, Taylor stepped in an rectified the problem. She needs help at this location, their overworked an under paid. All in all the staff at this location are great. They get the job done. Even the delivery personnel Marcus and Brian are on point. Very professional and on time. Definitely will be doing more business here.

Initially I had a good experience with Aaron's. However, things took a turn when I went to get a couch, two end tables, lamps and a Pacman video game. They were supposed to deliver the items to me before 9 p.m. I got a call from Taylor, the G.M. around 9:30 a.m. who asked me if I could make myself available sooner as the drivers only had 1 more delivery. I said yes, and rescheduled all of my morning appointments for the afternoon. I called back around 12ish to ask for a status. Taylor said she spoke with the drivers who told her my furniture would be delivered by 3 p.m. At 3:15 p.m. I called and spoke with Taylor and she told me one of the drivers had an emergency and therefore IF (no guarantee) my furniture could be delivered, it would be again, before 9 p.m. Imagine being in my shoes for one minute. Here I was waiting on them and now they want me to wait at my house until 9 p.m. with no guarantees that they would deliver my furniture. I told Taylor that I had errands to run on the opposite side of toen and there was no guarantee I would be available if the delivery drivers came to my house, and I may need to cancel my order or we could revisit this depending on what time it was. I asked her if she could give me at least a 30 minute notice, which I thought was reasonable. At 4:30 p.m. I still hadn't heard anything so I called them. This time Taylor told me the drivers were already on their way to my house! I told Taylor that I was on the other side of town and it would take me at least 30 minutes to get home. I asked if they could come a bit later, and she said "NO!" I asked if she can at least ask the delivery drivers and again, she said she could not do that because Aaron's drivers are not allowed to use phones while making deliveries. Excuse me, how was it that she was able to call them earlier in the day when they told her they would be done at 3 p.m.? Needless to say the order was canceled. At the end of the day, they totally inconvenienced me and they were not willing to wait for me, not even for 30 minutes. I called their corporate office (proxy for an answering service), who really is only there to take messages. I provided the aforementioned information and I thought something could be done, but their only recourse is to send my information back to the G.M. (Taylor) and the Regional Manager, who would get back to me within a few days. I told them I would not post anything anything on social media until I heard back from the Regional Manager, in order to give Aaron's the first opportunity to resolve this matter. Not surprisingly, no one ever called me to discuss this situation or how it could be resolved. UPDATE: 7/19/2022 No one from Aaron's ever contacted me. To add insult to injury they keep calling asking for the payment on the merchandise we never received.

They are not all new appliances. Some of them are old. But it depends on your looking for and your budget. However, overall Aaron's is a good choice. They do work with you on payments.
You should be able to find a corporate number online if you haven't spoken with the store manager yet. Hope this helps.
They have almost everything...I would call and ask or look on their website too. Hope this helps!
