Yes, as a matter of fact, these discovery engagements are free. We also offer Discovery and Requirements workshops that are fee paid for more complex systems that require formal documentation and multiple workshops

Do you work on Ubiquiti equipment that is not sold by you?

Yes, we work on Ubiquiti equipment that is not purchased from us. However in environments that are installed already there will be a mandatory 1 to 2 hour discovery fee. Also defective equipment not purchased from us are not eligible for our zero downtime swap policy.

Do you provide service or retainer type contracts for proactive support?

Yes, we provide monthly fixed cost service contracts. In fact, we prefer this arrangement as it aligns both interests and allows us to monitor and react proactively without having to get financial sign off for each incident. This results in the least down time for you, the client
