Does not answer phones. Does not return messages. The place is locked up during regular hours. The IMA Urgent Care on 36 is open and helping patients.

Went to this "urgent care" place on Sunday, 1/19/21 after seeing on line they were open on Sunday's. Note on the door said, "waiting room closed, call this #," so I called asking them to call me stating I was in the parking lot. The OPEN sign in the window was lit. An hour later, still no response so I called a 2nd time. Finally left, never received a callback, nor did they ever answer my email requesting an appointment for Monday am. Called again Monday am & spoke to a women with a heavy accent who couldn't tell me what I would be charged. Nor did she have a response for why I was never contacted on Sunday. If you need urgent care in Middletown, go to IMA Urgent Care, 363 Rt. 36. Waiting room is open & you can see a Dr. eMedical Urgent Care is a joke. What a way to run a business!

My experience was smooth from my initial call with Ruth who was so pleasant through getting my test results. If I should need another I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
