I got a terrific truck even though they refused to discount my trade-in of a 2010 F150 4-Door of $2000 more on their sales. Beware when you look at the contract that Lithia will add 2 extra programs to your contract without contacting you first such as $1000 for cleaning the outside of your vehicle from bugs that you hit while driving that can be washed off. The second program costs $1000 also. It protects your vehicle should it get stolen by allowing the police to track your vehicle by GPS and make a recovery,

Worse experience ever.. I've bought at least 15 cars thru out my life and this is by far the worse dealership I've ever encountered. I had been talking to Jesus Murillo for a week regarding a car I was going to buy for my son. He wouldn't return my calls , when he did we agreed on a time that same day. I called him before I left my house .I drove from Tulare to Fresno ,as soon as I got in the car to go test drive it. He tells me this car has been sold.... I wouldn't recommend that dealership to anyone.. They'll will waste your time and not care...

The washer we use does everything. The car goes in dry but the car wash does perform an initial rinse. Once the soap is dispensed the vehicle is scrubbed by our team members.
