I live in the Johnstown area, do I have to go to the Johnstown drivers license center for my new driver's license photo or can I get it taken in the Altoona driver's licenses center?

You can get it taken anywhere in Pennsylvania. Altoona takes pictures Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30 - 4:00, Thursday open until 6:00. If you don't have a camera card, already paid for, don't come in on Thursday, because Penndot isn't in that day.

You can take it at any DMV you want.

You can go to anyone you want.
