I got my registration card, for the car I recently purchased. They printed the wrong expiry year on it. The start date is March 1, 2018. The expiry date is April 1, 2018. How can that be changed without being charged again?

I would do the same they shouldn't charge you for their error.

I would take it to the place that issued the card and show them their mistake. I would assume they wouldn't charge you again for their mistake.
