You have to go to altoona or state college to do the test and you are better of going to state college altoona is like a 2 to 4 hour wait . We went and left there was no place to park . But if you want to go to altoona go around lunch time its not as bad

8:30am-4:15pm on every day but Thursday and Sunday. Thursday its 8:30am to 6pm and Sunday it is closed.

You can just go in and tell them you're a veteran or next time you renew your license, check the veteran box on the renewal form. It won't cost you anything unless you need to get a new license. Thank you for your service.
