I have a wine shipment that requires a signature. Not knowing if I'll be home to sign, does your center on 1501 S. Virginia handle "Express Hold"? If I request the shipper to put my phone # on the label, will I get a call when it arrives?

Yes, we can hold packages for up to a week. You will want the shipper to put our address on the label as well as your name (or the name of whoever will pickup the package). You will receive a text or email automatically when the package is delivered, but only if the shipper does that step themselves. I recommend getting the tracking number from them, going to fedex.com/track, enter the tracking number, and turn on email notifications. This will be the easiest way to get notified.
