1) cash, credit, debit to pay access fee 2) your rental has to come with guest passes: "Trout Creek Recreation Center is a private amenity open exclusively to Tahoe Donner members and their guests. A member ID or transferable guest card is required, and all users are subject to the Daily Access Fee." Good news is even owner members pay the access fee; not just guests.
