Membership is limited to those who own property in Tahoe Donner.
Members are owners of property or owners who include guest passes with the rental: "Trout Creek Recreation Center is a private amenity open exclusively to Tahoe Donner members and their guests. A member ID or transferable guest card is required, and all users are subject to the Daily Access Fee."
