While driving home to the Bay Area from a Lake Tahoe vacation my daughter received a low pressure tire alert which was caused by her running over an unobserved small sharp object on the roadway. Rather than risk an unwanted flat during our long drive home on busy freeways we began attempting to locate a tire repair facility in nearby Truckee, Ca. It was our hope that the tire damage could be repaired in a timely manner so as to not greatly extend the travel time of our journey home. We were so very fortunate to have discovered Stone's Country Tires. Not only was the staff friendly, quick and efficient but they were also generous in their providing us a free of charge tire repair. It is so refreshing to encounter a service firm with such kind caring staff. If I lived closer they would get the majority of my tire business.

Great customer service! Dropped my this morning as I had a slow leaking tire. They were quick to have a look and was able to remove a nail and repair the tire for no charge! I will definitely be going back when I need new tires. Thank you!

I have gone to Stone’s tires ever since I could drive. I unexpectedly needed new tires due to a sidewall leak and was quoted $2500 for a new set of tires with no other options given. I am a long time local, full time RN and a single mother of 3 teenagers, there is no way I can afford that amount for tires. I trusted stones to be honest with me until I called around town and found a comparable tire for $1100 less. I will not be returning to Stone’s tire.
