The room we were given for 100k points PLUS CASH was on the first floor of rooms next to the elevator, right above the valet which woke us up before 6am on vacation! Not relaxing at all, the ac barely worked during the heat wave and 89° weather…the couch was so dirty/disgusting I wouldn’t even dare to sit on it. Being a platinum elite bon voy member i have had better experiences at a level 3 hotel. The only reason 2 stars was given was for the pool service…it was the only saving grace. I wouldn’t waste my points or money to come back.

Spa Day at the Ritz 25th anniversary celebration... incredible! Jenny is the masseuse extraordinaire! That girl has healing hands! And my facial with Jennifer was amazing. Jeffrey comped us a beautiful bottle of champagne 🍾 and God blessed us with a rainbow 🌈 🙏 ❤️
