We do offer Gluten Free pizza crusts. However, due to the nature of our business and the fact that we make our own pizza dough in house, as well as our own pasta for our pasta specials, there is a large amount of flour in use in the kitchen. As such, much as we would like to, we cannot 100% guarantee that Gluten Free food doesn't become cross contaminated with some of the flour in use in the normal operation of the kitchen. For those who are eating Gluten Free as part of a diet, or if you merely are Gluten Sensitive, we are Gluten Free Friendly, however, if one has Celiac or another serious gluten allergy, we would advise sticking to something in our Salad selections.
