The river walk is about 1-1/2 blocks away from Alamo , an easy walk, &a must while you are there. Take a boat ride through the restaurant s - shops!

There is no admission to pay, the place deserves to visit as one of the guys answered you there is a photographer took a picture for you before enter the main entrance and if you want to buy it there is a store inside with a photo service and also they sell clothes, cups, souvenir stuff.. Etc.
Their is no cost to tour the Alamo or the grounds. There are locked donation boxes around the premise but no required amount.
