Free to walk in.. they will take your group pic in front of the shrine door for u to buy later if you want. 29 for all. Digital copy and etc.. there are donation boxes in several places.. I left 5 dollars for every person in my group.. outside they do offer a guided tour for money. I wish I done that for the history lesson..
If I recall, no. They will accept donations I think. I'm not 100% positive.
