Yes, there are rental cars available at GTR. I believe they have Avis/Budget, Enterprise, and Hertz available.
Justine is correct. I just rented last week and they had vehicles available.
As Justine mentioned, there are the three rental car companies at the airport. But they close at 5 pm. They have been running very low on cars. I’d recommend going to the individual websites and try to make a reservation. If it allows you to reserve a car then you’re good. Another way is to call tomorrow morning. The phone numbers are on the airport website at www.gtra.com under passenger info.
