Terrible terrible terrible! The food is great! However the customer service Is absolutely horrible! They are very rude, and they have attitude when they get your order wrong. I love Popeye's Chicken, However I will not be going back to the one in Columbus Mississippi. Whoever the owner is obviously doesn't care because this has been going on for a while. I never have this problem at Chick-fil-A, Hardee's, Cookout or Wendy's

The tenders are not bad but the only thing exceptional is the chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, the store in Columbus, MS is out of chicken sandwiches more than 50% of the time I go there. To make this more infuriating, this store is so poorly managed that they can only take 1 order at a time. If there are 3 cars in front of you, you must wait until each of them places their order, waits for their order to be cooked, and pays for their order before they take the order of the next car. The average wait time for 3 cars is 27 minutes! After waiting 27 minutes and after the car in front of you pays for their 2nd choice of food and leaves, the speaker again tells you they are OUT of chicken sandwiches! How does this place stay in business? I can live without their (very good) sandwiches.

Slowest service in the state of Mississippi.....waiting for half gallon of lemonade and the empty container is just sitting there with no concern from staff service to expedite an order....8pc mixed too 25 minutes to complete the order with an additional 5 to 10 to just fill up a half gallon of lemonade.....not coming back....and would not recommend.....to accept or hear an apology from management will not be acceptable.....this place needs to be closed down and restructured as management is aware and part of delay..... After about 30 minutes of waiting for eight pieces of mixed chicken red beans and rice and some coleslaw I was given partial order and attendance said I will get you your lemonade would she requested the container from management who placed it on the counter and it set there for another 5 minutes and after my tolerance level had reached a climax I had to yell to the attendant can I please have my lemonade in which she quickly expedited my request. And again management do not post an apology here saying that we're sorry or we are busy or whatever excuse you may fathom in your mind as you are part of the problem by working directly with your employees noticing the lobby full of hungry patrons and not being able to address that to your staff to expedite you should be replaced and a manager with more motivation and better leadership skills would be far better replacement than you

So I dropped in to grab dinner on the way home , on my printed receipt the time I placed my order was 6:24 pm . Here's the Kicker I get my order and walk out the door 7:04 pm I get home check my order and my large Cajun rice was not even completely filled to the top. Kinda like when you open a bag of chips that's filled with air . I'm highly disgusted with the service here at the location. Won't be back , I Have noticed that people who order companies like , Door Dash and - Uber Eats get their orders much faster as people who go through the drive thru and walk in orders
