Very clean store..the shelves were well-stocked. Anita was very friendly and helpful. Store was super busy and the cashier did a great job getting customers out in a very timely manner. I love this store!!! Seriously, everyone knows me by name and I am greeted every morning!! The whole staff is so nice to everyone. Even on my worst mornings, Linda, Carrie, Anita, and all the girls know how to put a smile on my face!! (And they have the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had)Hi Kara! Sprint Mart store #4144 on Plymouth Bluff Rd. is clean, well stocked, and conveniently located. This store would easily get a 5 star rating from me except for the wait. Experience: Arrived at store on Saturday May 30, 2020 at 6:10 am. There were three cashiers, two serving customers and one closing out a register. There were two lines with approximately ten customers in each line and more in the store. Most of these customers were ordering food. The cashiers were leaving the registers to prepare the food and return to to register to check the customer out. This process was taking approximately 7 minutes per customer. That means the tenth customer in line is waiting approximately an hour to check out. I usually stop on my way to work and simply do not have the time for that kind of wait. I could probably wait for ten minutes but no more. I witnessed two other customers and myself placing their intended purchases back on the shelves and leaving the store. The low gas prices at this store attracts customers and they usually go inside and purchase additional items. I don't know how many additional customers left the store without purchasing items due to the wait but I would wager it was many. Based on the short time in the store I could not determine if this issue is due to short staffing or ineffective utilization of time but it is an issue that needs to be addressed by management.
