Not a good visit today. I asked for a medium caramel frappe, I got a small and no ice in the mix. This is why I hate a drive thru. Traffic was to bad for me to go back around. This town needs to put everyone back to work and give more training.

Not very clean or fast. Food was not good and tasted as if it had been sitting all day. I’d recommend going elsewhere.

truly deserved no stars. we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line (at least 10 of those at the box waiting to order) and no one ever came on to take our order or the order of those in the other line. We finally left, and as we were driving by we saw several workers not doing anything in the front. Absolutely unacceptable

Very rude employees. My oder was pushing $80. We stood in line and waited about 30 minutes on our order. I ask if we could get more ice for our drinks because it had already melted and the lady had me wait for another 10 minutes after asking me several questions why I needed ice. When I got into my car I noticed I was also shorted a drink. Had to Wait additional 5 minutes on it. Since when is it ok to bring your kids to work or let kids run behind the counters and in the cooking area? I have never been treated so badly. All the employees at the counter was so derespectful.
