Yeah, they tend to be under staffed. It's best to just go up there.
Same here. They either don’t answer or when you can get someone they take your information and never call back. It’s very frustrating.

They do answer but we can’t rush just to please you we deal with other customers and adoptions
I don't know what they think they're supposed to do whole "working".. Every time I go to the place there are people at the front desk. I have stood at that desk 3 or 4 times in the past 2 years waiting to buy items from their displays and they don't even acknowledge me STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM!!
