Hey you bring your dog's there are a few places in the park but your best bet is KY lake for kayaking
Yes they have canoe lunchs in boat lunches
There is areas set for canoe and kayak loading
Dogs on leashes is allowed. I am sure you could find a good spot to kayak. There are a lot of places to put a boat in the water. Hope this helps.
