Only thing I would say is that Continental breakfast should be included and they should look into providing a shuttle to the airport even if it is for a cheaper fee then a general taxi.

The shuttle should be free, its only 11 miles about 16 min with out trafic with trafic is about 45 min and maybe thats why they try to stay away from doing shuttles to the O hare airport. A sugestion would be 2 shuttles a day one after check out the other after 6 pm when trafic is lighter.

Good Afternoon. Unfortunately the only hotels under the Hilton Chain that includes breakfast is the Hampton Inn, Embassy Suites, and Homewood Suites.
