Convenient from OHare if you're staying north. Room 909 has hard crust on the carpet and random sticky spots. It's pretty gross, but still better than most airport hotels. Clean room otherwise. Breakfast/restaurant leaves a lot to be desired.

Stayed here for free one night on an airline’s dime due to a missed connection at O’Hare. The location is dated boring suburban commercial/business park-like, and the hotel itself is a bit underwhelming. The service was great, however, and the room was clean. And probably best for we weary tourists who needed a few hours sleep between flights: The bed was really comfortable, and the bedding and bath linens and products were luxurious. It seemed to lack any late night room service — I might be wrong about that. Overall not super deluxe, but a pleasant experience.

Bad experiences. First, Hilton did not care babies' safety: I requested a baby crib when I reserved my room via Hilton official website as a Hilton Honors member. But, they said there is no baby crib on the day after arrival. My baby fell off from the bed and got a big bump just below her left eye. You should not advertise to provide a complementary baby cribs. Second, they don't supervise facilities. I saw a boy playing at the elevator who pressed every floor stop button. I still remember his room number #216. The boy played with the elevator and jumped into his room from the elevator (after pressing all floor buttons). Third, not caring customers. The next day, elevator did not work. So, I had to climb down to the 7th floor and up with stairs with two children with my belongings. I asked the estimated time for fixing, and the staff said, I don't know. And, it took several hours to be restored. The quality of water at the pool area was horrible. Mold on the wall, dust in the water, and so on. There was no supervision at the whirlpool area although the maximum capacity was written 6 people, there were more people.

Very nice hotel for a couples stay during an extended Valentine's weekend. Looks like 1970s business architecture, but the inside is quite nicely decorated, and rooms were very nicely appointed. It was not very busy, and the prices were excellent and worth the upgrade to the Executive floor with whirlpool baths. Staff was friendly. The interior floorplan layout seemed a bit odd and which door is really the main entrance is confusing given this is also a conference center. The entrance needs better signage and marking.
