Nice Hotel, fair price, good location, nice restaurant inside including good breakfast. All of this was better than expected, but the front desk clerk was not up to par. The front desk clerk was, at best, unqualified and at worst downright rude and inconsiderate. I brought this to the attention of management, and although they were empathetic, they never got back to me as promised. I had a guest with me from outside of the US and he was not impressed with the IHG clerks behavior. I ensured him that this was not my typical experience with IHG hotels, but we chose not to rebook there for the following week because of the aforementioned behavior and the fact that no one got back to me as promised. I am not sure that I will rebook at this hotel in the future, but I am nonetheless a longtime loyal IHG customer

The hotel physically, I’m giving a 3 star rating. However the staff, I will give a 5 star rating. Here is why…. Terry the front desk associate is super friendly from the start. I had problems checking in and was quickly resolved. Had problems mid stay and was quickly fixed. Ramon the bartender is also super friendly and accommodating when I place my food orders. They made my stay a lot better and not think about the physical facility issues I had. Quality staff right there! Thanks.

The staff were amazing. We were the 1st convention held there since covid started. They worked mist diligently to ensure great service. Pam the event manager was always helpful. The dining staff, even short staffed worked tirelessly to ensure everyone was treated well. The Chef provided amazing food. The rooms were comfortable.

Amazing!!! Just had a Conference there and the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND for all of us. (120+) It's right after the Mask/Immuniz. rules were dropped and I'm sure they were short staffed, but you wouldn't have known it. Bravo. The management and staff worked hard for our conference, and in all honesty, we were a bunch of clowns! It was always clean, conference rooms always had drinking water in the back, we were in the halls and rooms and elevators and the staff always greeted us. This place has my 5 stars... PLUS
