I was at this location the other day around 5:15 p.m. I ordered a cup of coffee and a plain donut. It was the freshest donut I've ever had at any DD location. I didn't eat the whole thing I put it in a plastic container and it was just as fresh the next day. My cup of coffee was hot which is not always the case at D&D and it tasted like it was just made so fresh. I went through the drive-thru I was greeted with a smile and it was a great experience.

I had a terrible experience with this Dunkin not only was I over charged but the man in the drive-thru was extremely rude and did not want to correct the order I will never go to this location of Dunkin Donuts and I cannot recommend that anyone else either luckily there are other locations this one sucks!!

If you want a good cup of coffee, made the way you ask, make sure the younger employees are not taking your order, especially the young lady, she couldn't make a cup of coffee to save her life. The older lady that's there 90% of the time taking care of the drive thru gets my order right 100% of the time! Do yourself a favor, if the young lady takes your order just drive off, it's guaranteed to be 1000% wrong.

I don't like reviewing fast food, but this was bad. They messed up my order in the drive thru and then I came in to get what they forgot. It took me 8 minutes! Sandwich was cold and hashbrowns were squished (by the time I got them) and the staff gave no apology. Bummer. Just a huge disappointment. Plenty of other places I'll go next time.
