Very high price for a very not great hotel… If you are on hold you hear an awful screeching sound which deafens you (got a recording of it. Pretty bad) The hotel bar was a nice area, the drinks were good, but if you order food you’ll have to wait 1+ hours to get it. The food made me and a friend feel sick the next morning. The cards don’t work in the elevators. The mattress I had was rock hard. The pillows were like paper. I had to use all 4 pillows just to prop my head up. The staff was so-so but the bartender was awesome.

Good afternoon Mr. Conteh, I am writing about our recent visit to your Northbrook Sheraton on Willow Road on 4/15-4/17. Upon arrival we were placed in Room 433 that was directly across from the Vending and Elevator. I called the front desk and they moved us to Room 421. We spent minimal time in the room after check in and returned after dinner. We attempted to turn on the TV but there was no remote in the room. My son went to the front desk to ask for a TV Remote which he was given. He returned with the remote and we turned on the TV to find that the screen was cracked and the TV not usable. I reported this the following morning and the two associates at the front desk accused us of damaging the TV. He said that the TVs are checked by management before anyone checks in. When I questioned that, he changed the response to housekeeping. I am writing to report we in no way damaged this TV. I do not see how housekeeping could have checked the TV without a remote in the room. We have an $850 TV charge on our bill. Before I dispute this charge with my visa, I kindly ask that you remove this charge immediately. On our second day they changed out the TV but then the door lock mechanism failed so we had to be moved to room 428. We were unable to access the room while the door was opened and then we had to move all of our bags to a new room. Finally, I booked a Club level room but did not receive any amenities for the Club level. I was told that they do not have club services on the weekend. The check in associate mentioned that there was a fridge on the 5th floor with water and soda but the 5 times I checked the room there was no water available, only mountain dew.

I stayed at Sheraton Chicago Northbrook Hotel, for my birthday (3/4 -3/8), I had a lovely time, even when I locked myself out of my room (more than once) I was given extra rooms keys with a smile. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the GM went out of his way to make me feel welcome. Only negative is that I wish there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room.. other that that I have highly recommend Sheraton Chicago Northbrook Hotel

I was very impressed with our whole experience. They require masks in all public areas which I so appreciated. The guest services representative that checked us in was wonderful. We got a first floor room next to the pool which was perfect for my young kids and dog! Pet friendly and super clean. Bed was comfortable and rates were very reasonable. I’ve bookmarked it to come back when we pass through again!

Hi I like cookies and yes you can bring your dog any were except for the pool and I think mabby the dining room. P.s I like cookies.
They have a full breakfast menu. Really good stuff, but pricey. Great for breakfast in bed!!
You could rent a car at the airport. Or take a Uber instead of a cab as this will be cheaper. There is a hotel shuttle bus/van but please inform at the hotel desk for time and route/destinations. (please rate with a thumbs up if this was helpful)
25 miles. The better way woukd be to take tge Skokie Swift and the CTA red line which drops right at Wrigley. Plenty of parking at Skokie Swift, especially if weekend game.
