when you drive back to JFK just follow the signs for Rental Car Return/Pickup at Federal Circle till you get to Budget

You have to return at the same location where you received the car. It's very easy, when you go to the Airport, just follow the sign "Rental Car Return", then follow the company name sign.

You have to Return it at the specific budget location otherwise u'r gonna pay a fee . Look for the adress in the receip u were provided .
