My experience with Familia is that they are very welcoming and care about wheel-chair access. I don't believe the entrance is wheel-chair accessible, but give them a call asking for accommodation or inclusion of mcmx and adaptive riders! :)
I saw a concert there. There was somebody in a wheelchair in the crowd. So, I assume there's access. But that's all I can tell you
