This company does not have a phone number and neither do they return calls. My credit card number was stolen and illegally charged $990 and no one contracted regarding this large charge

We're an online store that allows pick-ups. We do not have showroom and work out of a warehouse. For COVID we follow best practices but did not post anything publicly as we do not see customers face to face.

i recenting ordered a sds100. when i attempt to track the order i get an error message. when i attempt to view the zip scanner web site i also get an error message, has anyone else had this problem?
