If your making a payment to another institution, yes you can use your debit card. If we issued the auto loan, you can give us a call or stop in and we can transfer the payment for you. We also offer automatic payments from your account. Setting this up is easy and can be done over the phone or by stopping into our branch.
Follow these steps immediately: 1. Change your passwords from an uninfected computer. 2. Ensure all firewall, anti-virus, and spyware detection software is current. 3. Run a virus scan on your computer and remove any threats that it detected. 4. Check your information frequently and report fraudulent transactions immediately.
To protect your accounts, we limit ATM transactions to 9 per day and no more than $500. If you need a temporary increase on this limit, please stop into our office and speak with one of our staff members.
Our website offers online applications that can be filled out for both personal and business loans. Or, if you would prefer, you can call a loan specialist at your local ARFCU branch.
From the homepage of the Credit Union’s website you can select "forgot my password" and you will receive an email (in the account attached to your online banking) with a temporary password.
Our ATMs allow you to change your PIN at the machine.
You must first call the company that initiated the charge and dispute the item. If the company will not refund the charge you can complete an affidavit at the Credit Union. You will need your account statement with the company (if you have one) and the reason for the dispute.
