i recenting ordered a sds100. when i attempt to track the order i get an error message. when i attempt to view the zip scanner web site i also get an error message, has anyone else had this problem?

Call them up. They should be able to give you the status of your order. Maybe the actual tracking number is different from the one generated when you ordered.
