Never ever ever use this tow service! At 1st I was told 1-2 hours wait at max. Then they said a half hour wait. I was told 15 more minutes about 5 times. Total wait time 3 hours and 15 minutes. Just the worst.

This has been the most incompetent business I've ever come across. I was told my car would be delivered to my residence in 50 minutes, and it has been 12 hours and I still do not have my car. I was told the night of the driver was connected to my car but locked out of their vehicle so I would get my car in the morning. Where is my car??? I spoke with a supervisor. Danny, who had no answers as to why I was not communicated with this morning to be informed why my car did not arrive. His response was "its been very busy due to the holidays." That does not explain the negligence of your staff and company in not even communicating with me this morning. Danny then told me I could expect my car within 50 minutes. Update: The driver then called and asked where my car was...two hours later, totaling 14 hours of waiting. I called and asked how they lost my car despite being told they were connected last night. No answers, I was simply told I was lied to and Danny told me "I really don't care what you think about us." And told me I was being sassy. Sassy?! After 14 hours and no accountability any one would be furious. Avoid this company at all costs. I got a full refund and found my vehicle myself and called another tow company who came in 20 minutes and charged significantly less. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I had great experience. Dispatcher was polite and helpful. The driver was polite, helpful, and caring. He went out of his way to drop the car where we needed it, and point out some concerns he had with the vehicle.
